Are you experienced in Linux deployment, management, development and different tools like Ansible, Zabbix, ELK Stacks, Netbox and more? Then come join our Infrastructure team and immerse yourself in the world of Linux and associated tools, and get the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
Your responsibilities
You will make sure that BAUHAUS Nordics Linux solutions is running smoothly and with as little down time as possible. You will help design, create, Automate, monitor and implement new solutions for BAUHAUS and also take care of the day to day management of servers and clients and making sure that all systems are always up to date, this will be done together with rest of the Infrastructure Team.
You will also be the go-to person for technical 2 and 3 level support from out ServiceDesk team.
Manage and administrate current Linux servers and clients
Expand on our current Ansible and Zabbix solution
Implement new tools and features into our digital tools and channels
Help and Support ServiceDesk team with solutions, trouble finding, training and procedures
Help manage day-to-day maintenance in Linux through automerization and optimization
Design, create, and implement Linux solutions for new and old systems
Assist on new Linux software solutions.

How will your typical day look like?
You will start with going through the new tickets in the queue and then discuss and assign them with the rest of the infrastructure team in our morning meeting. Your typical tasks will be incidents from monitoring, requests from users / ServiceDesk or other forms of day-to-day operations for 2 level. Projects and development will also be a large part of your day, both internal (working on new technologies, automation, development, and maintenance) and cross platform projects involving several different departments and teams.

The Infrastructure Team consist of 12 highly skilled people with different specialties such as Azure/network/MS365/Architect/SAP and high knowledge of neighboring technologies. We are based in Denmark (Tilst), Sweden (Stockholm) and Finland (Vantaa) and good collaboration in between the 3 offices is key to success.
You will also become part of a growing business, that presents a lot of exciting challenges and thus also opportunities to help put your mark on BAUHAUS together with your colleagues. BAUHAUS is at the forefront of the latest technologies, and you will have the opportunity to work with them hands on. We will support you in your development and give you the opportunity to work on various operations tasks and projects.
About you
Min. 3 years of experience as Linux Administrator or similar position
Skilled in most aspects of Linux
Experience with supporting Linux and Ansible
Knowledge of Linux architecture and security and how to build solutions
Knowledge of general network configuration, AD,
Fluent in English
It is to your advantage if you are familiar with ITIL V3, and have completed any certifications or courses related to the job position, but not a requirement.
This position is based in Sweden (Stockholm) and will include a few traveling days to Denmark / Finland.

Nordic IT is responsible for all IT in the Nordic countries, which currently is Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland and Estonia.
Nordic IT consists of 2 major teams: IT business applications and IT Operation where the infrastructure team is part of IT Operations.
We are around 80 colleagues and are located mainly in Aarhus and Stockholm.
Nordic IT works independently of our Corporate IT colleagues in Germany, but we do of course share knowledge & support each other.
