About the role As a MAS you'll develop our 1-2-1 communication (SMS, email, push), focusing on automation, personalization, and customer value. You'll drive strategy and daily operations, translating our MA strategy into concrete flows, improvements, and working methods. The role includes operationally driving AI initiatives and projects where you contribute insights and trends in digitalization. You'll work closely with IT, BI, and analytics to support data integration and technical development. A key part of the role is challenging and guiding stakeholders as we continue our automation journey, ensuring that our solutions follow MA principles and deliver real customer and business impact. You will also be responsible for MA follow up metrics, implement A/B testing and other optimization methods. And in alignment with other stakeholders regularly track, manage and share different goals and KPI’s for analysis, and insights. You have a strategic mindset regarding automation's role in the customer journey, and you know how to break down complex requirements into clear and manageable deliverables. You have great knowledge about Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and you understand how systems and integrations influence performance and user experience. You are confident working in agile teams with ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint planning. It's a plus if you've worked with Customer Data Platforms (CDP). You also know how to use data insights to improve communication. We see it as a bonus if you have worked practically with AI. You're a skilled communicator who collaborates well across functions.
