About the Role CKH Innovations Opportunities Development (IOD) is the innovation hub of global telecom group CK Hutchison. We’re here to explore what’s next – combining technology, creativity, and collaboration across borders. In this role, you’ll be part of our Private Networks Centre of Excellence and report directly to IOD. However, your day-to-day work will be closely aligned with the B2B team at Tre Sweden, based in Stockholm. Together with colleagues at Tre Denmark and IOD’s international teams, you’ll identify and develop Private Network opportunities for large enterprises and multinational customers. You’ll take the lead on securing new business – not just in selling dedicated private 4G/5G networks, but also related services like enhanced public coverage, consultancy, and Industry 4.0 applications. You’ll also represent us at industry events and contribute to marketing activities across both Sweden and Denmark. You Can Look Forward To • Leading high-value sales efforts and closing complex Private Network deals• Working closely with senior stakeholders in Sweden, Denmark, and the broader CKH IOD team• Driving digital transformation for some of the region’s largest enterprises• Gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and Industry 4.0 use cases• Representing CKH IOD at public events and speaking engagements• Influencing the strategic direction of our enterprise offering• Thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving international environment Who You AreYou’re a commercially driven sales leader with a strong grasp of technology and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling business solutions. You’re experienced in navigating international, cross-functional environments and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Your background includes: • A university degree• Excellent communication skills in English and either Swedish or Danish• A solid track record in business development and strategic sales• Experience with telecom or infrastructure solutions – ideally including private 4G/5G networks• A strategic mindset and creative approach to solving commercial or contractual challenges• Confidence in presenting to and influencing C-level decision makers• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale contracts• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word – with great attention to detailYou bring energy, clarity, and a collaborative mindset.
